How to Protect Your Frequency: The Power of Preparation and Mental Rehearsal

Updated: Feb 7

TLDR: It’s your responsibility to defend your frequency.

Day 2 of the Hold Your Frequency Challenge!

Ever wondered why your frequency drops in the first place? Annoying right?

When we’ve just listened to someone incredibly motivating we often assume we still stay “high vibe” forever. 🤣

We don’t prepare ourselves for the inevitable drop. Our frequency is always vulnerable to attack from bad news, personal losses, triggers, memories. It’s our responsibility to keep our defences up.

Yesterday I introduced the idea of pattern interrupts. Go back & practice that.

Today I’m going to add PREPARATION

If you want to keep your frequency high, you need a battle plan & you need to run some drills. It’s as simple as that.

This is WORK & when we treat it as such we get amazing results.

So today do the following

  1. Make a list of the things that are likely to trigger you out of your vibration

  2. Make a second list of things you know always uplift you eg dancing, nice coffee, friends etc

  3. Mentally rehearse ONE thing you can do to recover from a fall in frequency

Mental rehearsal is a POWERFUL tool for rewiring your brain.

Yesterday I also introduced our affirmation & journal prompt for the challenge. It’s the same prompt & affirmation that we will use each of the 5 days.

Head to yesterday’s blog post for those amazing tools!

Remember to take it all step by step.

We are holding our frequency one day at a time.

If you’ve got this far & like prizes / rewards, share your reflections with the tag #HoldYourFrequencyWithLola to be in with a chance to win something fantastic 😜

P.S. If you would like to come back to these techniques and get BONUS practices, sign up here to get the free guide at the end of the challenge!
