New & relevant skills keep you in a job. You won’t worry about layoffs if you are always one step ahead.

But the most important skill is MONETISATION.

How you can make money from anything. From what you already have.

How to package & price things. How to communicate value. How to find an audience.

These are HIGH CONSCIOUSNESS skills. They require deep empathy & a deep understanding of value creation.

Monetisation is a skill NECESSARY for freedom. Even more important than the number of dollars in your bank account.

Because if everything was taken away from you, you would know you could build it again.

Monetisation is something you NEED to learn how to do. That might be how to create an offer, how to sell, how to market.

These are life skills.

Because they know how to turn YOUR skills into money but YOU don’t know how to do that.

Making money is a high order skill. I don’t know why so many of us don’t want to admit that.

Some people are born with it. Some people do it unethically. So what?

You can LEARN it. And it doesn’t need to be unethical OR exploitative.

Skills are the foundation of stability because they return power to YOU.
