Why Your Beliefs About Goodness Are Blocking Your Abundance

Dear friends
One of the most endearing things about many spiritual practitioners is that they imagine such a beautiful future. They are the architects and gatekeepers to a wonderful “5D” reality, one built on compassionate values…
Perhaps this is you:
You want to live in a world where good people make money
You want to live in a world where healed people make money
You want to live in a world where those who are generous make money.
And this is exactly is why you aren’t making money.
You think you’ve imagined a beautiful world, but you’ve actually created a rod for your own back.
How?
Your ideas about how the world “should be” are creating a barrier between you and money. This is because you’ve unconsciously made your beliefs about “goodness” a prerequisite to receiving.
If you believe that only good people should make money, then you are now required to be good before YOU can make money.
Your subconscious then uses your own standard to judge you. It tells you that you aren’t good enough to receive. It keeps shifting the goal posts on you.
Instead of treating money as neutral (which it is) you’ve unknowingly placed conditions on it and have made it an arbiter of your morality. And because you are a creator being, money will obey your free will decision.
Money is not a reward for good behaviour.
Please ponder on this statement. Money is just a resource. Like electricity or water. It’s available to us to use. It goes where we tell it go. If you believe in God or Source, know that God had already given us all the money we will ever need. We just need to go and get it. Just like we go and get water from the tap.
Now let’s think about how big business operates. As a senior business executive and chartered accountant with over 15 years in the game, I can tell you that the only barrier we put between us and money are clients and services. If we have more clients and sell more services, we know we will make more money.
We keep it simple. We don’t have hang ups about worthiness or trauma or goodness. We treat money transactionally, neutrally.
Having ideals and values is something beautiful. But it’s not something that you should be putting between yourself and money.
Because money doesn’t require any specific prerequisites at all. Money is neutral. Any idea you have about “conditions” are just an illusion. Illusions we will unpack together in due course.
Thoughts on this? Let's talk, just reply to this email to keep the conversation going.
With love,
Lola
P.S. This email is part of a short series Spirit has asked me to do on money. I'd love to know how these concepts are landing with you so do reach out here or on Threads to let me know.
