Why Understanding Your Person is Key to Selling: The Empathy-Led Sales Approach

Dear friends


I spent all day doing qualification calls for The Destiny Offer 2.0 and many of you have the same issue - one I talked about on the community training.


You are more identified with the problem you solve than the person you solve it for.


Read that again.


You are in love with your process, you are even in love with the outcome, but you are not yet in love with Your Person.


How can you tell if this is the case?

  • You cannot clearly articulate who your person is and where they are in their journey

  • You have “multiple” persons and still believe you can serve all of them

  • The problem that you solve is a “nice to have” for Your Person rather than the one they are racking their brains to solve

  • You keep trying to solve their surface level problem and not the one they care about the most (and they one they will pay for right now)

  • You are afraid that you won’t be able to express your multi passionate nature


I don’t want you to feel bad, because you aren’t alone. It’s a problem that many experts, spiritually gifted people and smart people have. But it’s also a problem that will stop you making money.


Empathy - true genuine empathy, means taking the time to understand the person you serve. It means understanding the problem that your person will pay for. If you aren’t getting paid, you haven’t empathised deeply enough.


This is the heart of my Empathy Led Sales approach that I teach you inside The Destiny Offer VIP Room. I developed it in my corporate job (because guess what, the other consultants had the same problem you have) and it’s generated close to £30m in personal sales for me over 7 or so years.


Empathy is THE spiritual gift that will allow you to serve people at the highest level AND make you money as a by-product.
