Being high vibe is wonderful. It connects you to Spirit, expands your perspective, and elevates your consciousness. But if you’re floating so high that you lose touch with where others are, it can block your ability to create tangible results in your life and business. You aren’t actually high vibe anymore - you have bypassed this reality.

There’s a reason the church mothers said: “Don’t be so heavenly minded that you are no earthly good.”

But the truth is - people pay problem-solvers. And you can’t solve a problem for someone if you’re too removed to empathise with their struggle…. If you think you are (god forbid) above them.

Empathy requires descending into emotions - yours and theirs. It asks you to feel the mess, the rawness, the humanity of it all. It’s not about lowering your vibration but balancing it, so you can truly connect.

This isn’t just spiritual wisdom, it’s practical. If you can’t understand what people think, value, and fear, how can you speak to their needs? If everything in your world is so “aligned” that no challenge feels real, how will your potential clients trust that you can help them solve their challenges?

The magic happens when you meet people where they are, without judgement, and guide them forward.

It’s not necessarily about staying “low vibe,” but about staying present, human, and relatable.
